CANCELLATION POLICY
Oops I forgot about my appointment! Hey, life happens we get it. No judgement, but for no shows or reschedule requests with less than a 24 hour notice, we charge half of the service value. Thanks for understanding! Processing Fee All credit card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee. Timeliness We do our best to start your appointment on time, but please allow a 15 min grace period. We’ll text if we are running behind and ask you to do the same. After 15 min, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge half of the service value of the missed appointment.
